value of pimStarGRPFRoutePrefixLength identifies the route
used to find the RPF interface towards the RP.  The
InetAddressType is given by the pimStarGRPFNextHopType
object.
              
This address object is only significant up to
pimStarGRPFRoutePrefixLength bits.  The remainder of the
address bits are zero.
