rule's associated filter matches. If set to ignore the
filter is not consulted and the next rule is processed
immediately.
invoke, invoke WoL if filter matches
invoke-if-not, invoke if filter not matches
deny, deny WoL if filter matches
deny-if-not, deny WoL if filter not matches
ignore, ignore rule and skip to next rule
delete delete the entry from the table
