included in the configuration and readable via SNMP.
 Possible values:
 false(1), -- entry is not public, i.e. its contents are in 
           -- the binTable and not accessible
 true(2)   -- entry is public, i.e. its contents are in the 
	     -- binPublicTable and accessible.
