Enumeration
The admin state of the virtual router controlling the
slave interface.
down(1) -- the virtual routes enters the initialize state
up(2) -- the virtual router switches to the backup or
master state according to the basic configuration
found in the biboBrrpOperTable.
sync(3) -- the virtual router tries to enter the same actual
state as the master. If this is impossible both
(master and slave) enter the initalize state.
decrPrio(4) -- the virtual router stays in the 'up' state,
but its VRRP priority is decremented by
'aliveSlaveBrrpDecrPrio' (see biboBrrpOperPriority
and biboBrrpOperDecrPrio to know the 'real' priority)
The default value is 'sync'.
