The low threshold for outstanding CoA or Disconnect Request message(s) in this
AAA group. If the value for outstanding CoA or Disconnect Request message(s) in
this group becomes equal to or less than this value and the current
condition for bAAAGroupOutstandingCoAReqsHigh is raised, then a
bAAAGroupOutstandingCoAReqsLow event will be generated. No more
bAAAGroupOutstandingCoAReqsLow events will be generated for this
AAA group during this execution of the AAA group client until the
value for outstanding CoA or Disconnect Request message(s) has exceeded the
value of bAAAGroupOutstandingCoAReqsLowThreshold.
