bAAAGroupOutstandingAuthReqsLowThreshold

The low threshold for outstanding Access-Request message(s) in this
AAA group. If the value for outstanding Access-Request message(s) in
this group becomes equal to or less than this value and the current
condition for bAAAGroupOutstandingAuthReqsHigh is raised, then a
bAAAGroupOutstandingAuthReqsLow event will be generated. No more
bAAAGroupOutstandingAuthReqsLow events will be generated for this
AAA group during this execution of the AAA group client until the
value for outstanding Access-Request message(s) has exceeded the value of
bAAAGroupOutstandingAuthReqsLowThreshold.
