If the value for outstanding Accounting-Request message(s) in this group becomes equal to or less than this value and the current condition for bAAAGroupOutstandingAcctReqsHigh is raised, then a bAAAGroupOutstandingAcctReqsLow event will be generated. No more bAAAGroupOutstandingAcctReqsLow events will be generated for this AAA group during this execution of the AAA group client until the value for outstanding Accounting-Requests has exceeded the value of bAAAGroupOutstandingAcctReqsLowThreshold.
