Push capabilities. This variable returns a 
4-digit integer specifying the phone administration for audio transmit, 
 audi receive, display (web), and Top Line pushes, respectively.
 The valid digits are 0 (Disabled), 1 (barge-in onl ypushes of the given
type Enabled) and 2 (both barge-in and normal pushes of the given
type Enabled).  The default is 2222.
