Encapsulation Port Numbers. This variable returns 0 if negotiation of NAT traversal is as specified in IETF RFC 3947 (except that IKE negotiation begins with a source port of 2070 and that source port continues to be used unless the source and destination port numbers are changed to 4500, 1 if UDP encapsulation of the inner IP layer will not be provided and negotiation of NAT traversal as specified in IETF RFC 3947 is not supported, 2 if negotiation of NAT traversal is as specified in IETF RFC 3947 (except IKE uses source port 2070 and the source and destination port numbers are not subsequently changed), or 4 if negotiation of NAT traversal is as specified in IETF RFC 3947.
