column mandatory Enumeration 
This attribute allows an administrative request to
read or write the speed of this port. This Object 
is valid only for 10/100Mbits and gigaBits ports. 
The only gigabit port that can be set is that of 
AT-A14 and it's values can be either 2 or 3.
