This object is used to create or modify a vlan. The user should first set this object to under-construction. After the vlan name, the tag Id and the ports belonging to the vlan are configured/modified, this object should be set to operational. If it is not set to operational, the whole row will be lost and the vlan will not be configured in the switch.
