in the Path Attributes then this object MUST
have a value of 'lessSpecificRouteNotSelected'.
If the ATOMIC_AGGREGATE attribute is missing
in the Path Attributes then this object MUST
have a value of 'lessSpecificRouteSelected'.
Note that ATOMIC_AGGREGATE is now a primarily
informational attribute.
