Object
This specifies the status of the factory mute of the
unit. If set to TRUE, the transmitter output will be
muted. It should be set to FALSE otherwise.
This setting is 'ORed' with other conditions
(including diagnostic functions and configuration
validation) to control the transmitter output status.
