Indicates the data rate AP will send multicast
data to its client stations represented by a count from
2 - 127, corresponding to data rates in multiples of
500 kbit/s from 1 Mbit/s to 63.5 Mbit/s. 0 represents
automatic rate selection.
For Example :
Supported Data Rate          Mbps
    2                          1
    4                          2
    11                         5.5
    12                         6
    18                         9 and so on.
