Object
All rows instantiated using 'create-and-go' to
mate 2 ports in a protection group. Set to 'destroy' to
eliminate the protection group.
RULE 1 - Cannot create a protection group on an LT card
that doesn't support any-to-any redundancy.
RULE 2 - Cannot mate two ports in a protection group if
the paired port has already one or more
interface(s) defined on top of the physical link
interface.
RULE 3 - Cannot delete a protection group if paired
port is Admin UP.
