Enumeration
If this MIB object is set to 'enable' then the CM must run the Network
Latency test repeatedly during the Web Page Download test. The purpose
of this test condition is to detect the typical latency when there is
CM originated network load applied to the default service flow of the
modem.
When this option is selected, the UDP Ping packets are transmitted
every 300ms for the duration of the Web Page Download test, to each
of the configured servers. The test is not run if there are no
servers configured in the arrisNpmSetupNetLatencyServerTable .
