scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Enables or disables periodic GPS scans.
Note that if ScanPeriodically is set to FALSE and either
ScanOnBoot is set to FALSE or the initial scan fails then
the current position (post the last reset or reboot) will not be
obtained.
The value of this parameter is not persistent.
