This object specifies the Service Configuration to which the SLA is currently mapped. Multiple services can be created and each can be associated to a given SLA. Each service contains the service configuration information such as CIR, CEB, EIR, EBS, ColorMode and CoupFlag. This configuration is allowed only when MEF module is not defined.
