This object specifies the administrative status requested by management for the User Role. When enabled (1) the user's data access is limited by the threshold values of User Group attributes assigned to them. When disabled(2), user's data access is not controlled by the limit specified for the User Group assigned to them. Also any access restriction rules controlled by the User Role Management feature is not applied.
