scalar r/w Enumeration 
This object indicates the Transparent Tunnel of the system.
          
Setting this to 'enable' will allow the l2cp packets tunnel through the hardware
irrespective of the l2cp packet behaviour on the port.
          
Setting this to 'disable' will not allow the l2cp packets tunnel through the hardware
and will perform the actions defined on the ingress port for the l2 control packets.
