Enumeration
This value specifies whether Reliable Message Delivery is to be performed for messages going to the neighbour. Can be enabled only when fsMplsRsvpTeMsgIdCapable is enabled. When enabled it means that, message id will be sent along with Ack Desired flag set for all the messages (given by fsMplsRsvpTeRMDPolicyObject) going to the neighbour.
