This value specifies whether the node is Capable of handling and generating message ids. When fsMplsRsvpTeRRCapable is enabled, by default this will be enabled. Value enabled means this node is capable of handling and generating message ids and when fsMplsRsvpTeOperStatus is made up, memory for structures associated with message id is created. Value disabled means this node is not capable of handling and generating message ids.
