This object is used to enable or disable Subnet Check in Proxy
ARP feature. When this object is set to enabled (1),
ISS will act as ARP proxy for target address which
is in different subnet. When this object is set to
disabled (2) ISS will act as ARP proxy for target
address which is in same and different subnet which
is used in IP-DSLAM case.
