Enumeration
This object specifies whether to accept the unsecured advertisements, when performing
DAD for Secure Neighbor Discovery in mixed mode. When enabled it implies that secured
advertisements are only accepted for first tentative address. When disabled it implies
that unsecured advertisements are accepted for first tentative address and for second
and third tentative addresses only secured messages are accepted
Note: Although collision count is a 8-bit value, DAD is performed only thrice in
compliance to RFC3971
