column r/w Enumeration 
The address type of the destination to be pinged.
other   - unicast or linklocal address.
anycast - anycast address .An IPv6 packet cannot have anycast
address as source address. So fsipv6PingDestAddrType is used
to distinguish the anycast destination from other
types.
