The minimum time in seconds allowed between sending unsolicited router advertisements.The default value is one-third the default value of fsMIIpv6IfMaxRouterAdvTime. The value can be configured in the range between 3 seconds and three-fourth of fsMIIpv6IfMaxRouterAdvTime.
