Describes the outcome of the last attempt at a graceful restart. If the value is 'none': no restart has yet been attempted. 'inProgress': a restart attempt is currently underway. 'Completed': a restart is completed successfully. 'failure': failure due to the speaker is not completed the restart process within the restart interval.
