This object specifies the size of the pattern to be included in the Test TLV of 
the TST message.
              
Maximum frame size supported by ECFM is 9K,
following is the calculation for the maximum size of test-tlv supported
by ECFM :
18 bytes - Ethernet Header
4  bytes - CFM Header
4  bytes - Transaction-Id
1  byte  - End Tlv
4  bytes - Data Tlv Over Head
              
9000 - 31  = 8969 bytes
