This object specifies the size of the pattern to be included in the Test TLV,
if the Test TLV is selected to be sent.
              
Maximum frame size supported by ECFM is 9K,
following is the calculation for the maximum size of test-tlv supported
by ECFM :
18 bytes - Ethernet Header
4  bytes - CFM Header
4  bytes - Transaction-Id
1  byte  - End Tlv
4  bytes - Test Tlv Over Head
              
9000 - 31  = 8969 bytes
