Object
This object specifies that the entity's capability for receiving VHT PPDUs using STBC is enabled. Changes take effect as soon as practical in the implementation. Changes made while associated with an AP or while operating a BSS should take effect only after disassociation or the deactivation of the BSS, respectively.
