This Object defines the additional action flags for the WRED profiles, Setting the flag to capavg(0) never lets the average queue size be bigger than the actual queue size. markcongestion(1) marks the ECN instead of dropping. Action performed by this Flag configurations is dependent on the underlying Platform, if the platform supports this configuration.
