This Object specifies the ID of the IP filter, the details of which should be matched against the incoming packet. A valid value of this object is not mandatory for the creation of the conceptual row. However, L2/L3 FilterId is mutually exclusive to the Priority-Map Id. One of them is a mandatory input for an entry.
