Enumeration
The router's restarter reason of BGP graceful restart. Options include: unknown,softwarerestart,swreloadupgrade. This object is persistent and when written the entity SHOULD save the change to non-volatile storage. For High availability support, when switching over to the redundant router, the restart reason will be internally set as swreloadupgrade till the EOR is received from all the peer or until Stale timer expires. After that it is internally set to software restart.
