The applPastConFarEndpoint attribute reports the
transport address and port information for the far
end of this former connection.
The format of this attribute for TCP and UDP-based
protocols is the fully-qualified domain name immediately
followed by a colon which is immediately followed by
the decimal representation of the port number.
If not known, as in the case of a connectionless
transport, the value of this attribute shall be a
zero-length string.
