number of applPastChannelControlTable entries for this
running application element or service instance that
were deleted in order to make room for new history
entries.
              
This count does NOT include entries deleted for the
following reasons:
    - the corresponding applPastChannelControlCollect
      attribute has been set to 'disabled'
              
    - the entry has been in the table longer that the
      time limit indicated by the corresponding
      applPastChannelControlTimeLimit.
