column mandatory DdpSocketAddress

The DDP address that this socket listener is bound
to.  If this socket listener isn't bound to a
particular address, for instance if it is intended
for all interfaces, this object shall have the value
of three octets of zero followed by one octet of
socket number. The socket number must not equal
zero.
