Object
Specifies the default minimum contention winner sessions
limit.
This parameter should be set to the desired value before
setting the command (appcCnosCommand).
This parameter applies to the INITIALIZE_SESSION_LIMIT and
CHANGE_SESSION_LIMIT verbs.
