scalar ALVARION-TCAlvarionProfileIndexOrZero 
Identifies the AAA server profile to use for device
accounting. This attribute only applies when 
publicAccessDeviceAccountingEnabled is set to 'enable'.
When the special value zero is specified, the
value set inside publicAccessDeviceAuthenProfileIndex
is used instead.
