Identifies the VLAN Operand type of an entry/rule,
in VLAN Rule Table for Extended Access Link.
Range: 1-4. Value 255 is returned if
no rule or default rule defined for this entry.
Accepted combinations are:
    sourceMacAddress, destinationMacAddress    - value, range, mask;
    sourceIpAddress, destinationIpAddress      - value, range, mask;
    sourceUdpPort, destinationUdpPort          - value, range, enumeration;
    sourceTcpPort, destinationTcpPort          - value, range, enumeration;
    ipProtocol                                 - value, enumeration
