Applicable to all units with SW version below 4.0 
For units with SW version 4.0 and up it is applicable 
only for AU/BU. For SU/RB it defines only the sub-band 
for the Spectrum Analyzer.
The ID of the sub-band configured in the unit.
Its range depends on unit's type and Country Code.
