Object
Specifies the minimum transmission rate that clients stations
must meet in order to connect with this profile. Client stations
that are below this setting will not be able to connect.
The value of this object must always be less or equal
than the value of coDot11MaximumDataRate.
Allowed values will change according to the state of the
radio's wireless mode (coDot11CurrentOperPHYType).
ieee802dot11b: Lowest, 1, 2, 5.5, and 11 Meg
ieee802dot11a: Lowest, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, and 54 Meg
ieee802dot11g: Lowest, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, and 54 Meg
11bAndg: All rates permitted.
