This object contains the send sequence number that the tunnel peer has acknowledged for the control channel. The flow control state can be determined by subtracting the l2tpTunnelStatsSendSeq from alL2tpStatsTunnelSendSeqAck and comparing this value to l2tpTunnelStatsCurrentRemoteRWS.
