Enumeration
This object is used to start and to stop the constellation point value read. It is written equal '1' by the manager enabling the ConstellationDump1 buffer filling by the agent. The agent writes it equal to '2' (stop) when the ConstellationDump1 buffer is ready for a GET operation. The buffer is filled within 600ms.
