Action in progess state:
- config-completed:   the action required has been successfully
                      completed;
- config-interrupted: the action required has been abnormally
                      stopped;
- config-verifying:   the downloaded configuration is being checked
                      if it is suitable for the equipment;
- config-saving:      current configuration is being saved to be
                      tranferred to the manager;
- config-uploading:   the current configuration is being transfer-
                      red to the manager;
- config-downloading: a configuration file is being transferred
                      from the manager to the equipment;
- config-using:       the current configuration is being overwrit-
                      ten with the downloaded one or with the
                      previously saved one;
- config-making-copy: a copy of the  current configuration is being
                      saved to eventually return to it;
- config-aborting:    the current action is being aborted as requi-
                      red by the config-abort action.
- config-restarting:  the equipment is restarting.
- config-started:     the action required has been started;
          
A trap is sent at every change of the object value. When the status
become config-started, the sent trap notifies the start of the
required action.
When the status become config-completed or config-interrupted, the
sent trap notifies a successfully or an abnormal end of the action
in progress.
