The value of vRtrInetStaticRouteNextHop specifies
the address of the next hop for the static route.
In case of remote routes, the address of the
next system en route. This member is
complemented by vRtrInetStaticRouteNextHopIf.
At most only one of the two objects:
vRtrInetStaticRouteNextHop, vRtrInetStaticRouteNextHopIf
and can be non-null. If vRtrInetStaticRouteNextHopType
is 'unknown' and vRtrInetStaticRouteNextHopIf is a
null string then this static route is configured as
a black hole.
