The value of iesIfFwdServId specifies the forwarding service ID for a subscriber interface in a retailer context. This value can only be set at row creation time along with iesIfFwdSubIf, and it is only valid when iesIfType is 'subscriber'. The iesIfFwdServId MUST correspond to a service of type 'vprn'.
