allowed in the FDB for this  SDP  Bind.  The value 0
means: no limit for this SDP Bind. The command is valid
only for spoke SDPs. When the value of
ALCATEL-ENT1-TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB::tmnxChassisOperMode is not 'c', the
maximum value of sdpBindTlsMacAddressLimit is '131071'.
