subscriber traffic egressing a LAG SAP has its egress LAG
link selected by a function of the MAC destination address
instead of subscriber id.
              
The value of this object is only meaningful if
sapSubMgmtAdminStatus is set to 'enabled' and can only
be configured for TLS services.
