Object
A value of up specifies that the OAM status of a pvc affects the sap operational status and OAM AIS/RDI cell generation upon a sap operational status of down. A value of down specifies that the OAM status of a pvc will not affect the operational status of the associated sap and no OAM AIS/RDI cells are generated.
