This attribute is use to specify the state in which
the Rogue AP is. User can set the Rogue Client in 
alert,known or acknowledge state.
Alert state means Rogue Client can be a potential i
threat.Trap will be sent out to trap recipients. 
Known state means its just internal Client which is 
not on the same Switch. 
Acknowledge state means an external Client whose
existence is acceptable and not a threat
(probably some other company's AP).
Contained means containement is initiated and 
ongoing
